This 27-liter stackable open-work case GILAC is designed to facilitate the deployment of HACCP procedures in the catering, commercial and food processing industries.

It is therefore intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland therefore recommends that you :

• Wash the 27L open-work case before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

• Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

• Do not heat the case directly on a heat source.

• Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same case.

• Do not store non-food contents in crates intended to come into contact with food.

• Do not use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the crate.

• Do not use the crate in a microwave oven.
