These hermetically sealed tins are designed to facilitate the implementation of HACCP procedures in the catering, commercial and food processing industries. They are therefore intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland therefore recommends that you :

  • Wash the box before 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

  • Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

  • Do not heat the can directly on a heat source.

  • Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same box.

  • Do not store non-food contents in cans intended to come into contact with food.

  • Do not use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the can.
