These grids have been designed to facilitate the implementation of HACCP procedures in institutional and commercial catering, as well as in the agri-food industry.

They are therefore intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

We therefore recommend that you :

• Wash 8L bin grids before 1st use, using detergents authorized for food contact.

• Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

• Do not heat the grid directly on a heat source.

• Do not store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same rack.

• Do not store non-food contents on grids intended to come into contact with food.

• Do not use grinders, mixers or knives in direct contact with the grid.

• Do not use the grid in a microwave oven.
