This French-made 3-liter flat bin is intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland therefore recommends that you :

• Wash the bin before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

• Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

• Do not heat the container directly on a heat source.

• Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same container.

• Not to store non-food contents in bins intended to come into contact with food.

• Not to use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the bin.

• Do not use the bin in a microwave oven.
