This 15L full doughnut crate GILAC is intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland recommends that you :

  • Wash the doughnut case before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

  • Do not store the contents at temperatures above 90°C.

  • Do not heat the case directly on a heat source.

  • Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same case.

  • Do not store non-food contents in a case intended for food contact.

  • Not to use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the dough crate, and not to use it in a microwave oven.
